It provides you with details about the personal information we collect about you, how we use your personal information, and your rights in relation to your personal information.

About SummitCraft Leadership

All data collected through our website will be collected by SummitCraft Leadership Ltd.

In this privacy policy, "we", "ours" and "us" mean SummitCraft Leadership Ltd and "you" and "yours" means the customer. We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal information you provide to us in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you have any questions about how we collect, store and use personal information, or if you have any other privacy-related questions, please contact us at summitcraftleadership@outlook.com

  • Engage with us via LinkedIn or other social media platforms
  • Purchase or enquire about any of our services
  • Participate in a leadership facilitation workshop, coaching programme, or other service we deliver

The information you provide to us will include (depending on the circumstances):

  • Identity and contact data: title, name, address, email address and telephone number
  • Organisation data: your employer or organisation name and your professional role
  • Financial data: when making a purchase, which may include billing addresses. We do not collect card details through this website; current payment instructions use bank transfer details and a generated payment reference.
  • Service delivery data: enquiry messages, booking details, participant counts, payment references, booking status, notes, feedback, and session records generated during coaching or facilitation engagements
  • Survey data: from time to time we may ask if you would be willing to participate in feedback surveys; if you agree, we will also collect any information that you provide as part of that survey

Information we collect about you

Information contained in correspondence: we will collect any information contained in any correspondence between us. For example, if you contact us by email, telephone, enquiry form or booking form, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Website security information: when you submit an enquiry or booking, the website may store a hashed form of your IP address, browser information and form consent flag. This helps us reduce spam, investigate misuse and protect the administration portal. These technical records are not intended to directly identify you.

Retention of Personal Data

We will retain enquiry and booking records only for as long as needed to respond to you, manage bookings, handle payments, meet legal/accounting obligations and protect the business. As a starting policy, unanswered enquiries should be reviewed regularly and deleted when no longer needed; booking and payment records may need to be retained for accounting purposes.

We will retain any recorded coaching sessions and the personal data contained therein for a period of two years from the date of submission. After this retention period, the recording will be securely deleted from our systems.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. During the retention period, your recorded session will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorised personnel at SummitCraft Leadership Ltd.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the collection, use, or retention of your personal data, please contact us at summitcraftleadership@outlook.com

How we look after your information

We operate a policy of "privacy by design" by looking for opportunities to minimise the amount of personal information we hold about you. We use appropriate technological and operational security measures to protect your information against any unauthorised access or unlawful use, such as:

  • Ensuring the physical and digital security of our equipment and devices by using appropriate password protection and encryption
  • Using secure, reputable third-party platforms and services for storing and processing data
  • Restricting access to enquiry and booking records through an administration portal with password protection, session expiry, CSRF protection, rate limiting and audit logs

Consequently, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information that you transfer over the Internet to us.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We may use AI technologies to enhance the services we provide, including analysing data, improving user experiences, and offering personalised recommendations. Any data processed by AI systems is handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. AI tools are used to support, not replace, human decision-making, and are regularly reviewed for accuracy and fairness. We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight. If you have questions or concerns about our use of AI, please contact us at summitcraftleadership@outlook.com
